工作职责:
ü 学习和熟练使用本公司主要产品: LSF, HPC, JS, SYMPHONY等；
ü 根据开发人员的需求分析开发测试计划和测试用例；
ü 根据测试计划完成相应测试并给出测试报告；
ü 根据测试用例完成测试工具开发的各种设计文档并开发各种测试 工具：回归测试工具、压力测试工具和性能测试工具等。
人员要求:
ü 硕士研究生完成了第一年的课程学习，并且导师同意外出实习一年；
ü 有软件开发经验，熟悉C,C++/Java等基本语言，有shell/perl 脚本语言编程经验为佳，有软件工具开发经验为佳；
ü 熟悉软件开发流程，了解软件测试理论，有软件测试经验为佳；
ü 熟悉主流UNIX和WINDOWS系统管理：Linux, Solaris, Aix和 Windows等；
ü 有良好的团队协作精神和认真负责、精益求精的工作态度；

Position: Software QA (
Responsibility:
Learn and be familiar with Platform’s main products: LSF, HPC, JS, SYMPHONY, etc;
Develop test plan and test cases according to product feature’s requirement specification;
Execute the test plan and give test result and quality assessment report.
Create design document for test automation and develop the test automation tools, including regression test tools, stress test tools and performance test tools.
Qualification:
Has software development experience, be familiar with C, C++/Java, preferred to have shell/perl scripts programming experience;
Be familiar with software engineering, understand the methodology of software testing, and better have software testing experience;
Be familiar with the mainstream UNIX and Windows system administration including Linux, Solaris, AIX and Windows, etc;
Has good team work, be serious about work;
Has strong capability on development and writing test plan;
Learn fast and be able to use new technology;
Has good communication skill.
